You can sign up for our quotations and receive
either a general quotation about
life and living, or a spiritual
quotation about life AND the general quotation.
The
quotations are sent out via Topica, and you'll need to choose
whether
you want to receive the HTML version or the text version.
You
can also choose to receive the Full Life Digest, which we send out
once a week,
and an announcement of the publication of our weekly e-zine, which
lets you know
when each new issue is up on the site. Click

you'd like to receive one of our daily meditations each day,

After
you're signed up, make sure you go to modify your preferences so
that
you can choose the mailings that you want to subscribe to.
We
usually send out the quotations every Monday through Friday,
possibly with a few breaks throughout the
year. They aren't
automated--we compose each message
individually. By
the way, we NEVER use anyone's personal information for any
purpose other
than sending the emails that they sign up for.
We don't track whether or not
recipients have opened email
messages, and we don't share any information
with any other source
